Logitech creates another winner. For those that want a one stop shop remote to control everything and doesn't break the bank look no further. It has all the features we like in a remote and your current Cable or Satellite, Guide, Menu and Exit without the cumbersome size. After just 5 minutes of using this remote you're thumb will be dancing around the well place buttons like a ball room dancer.br /The software was easy to use and the hardest part should be assigning the different inputs of your various components. After inputting each of them in their respective places you'll wonder why hasn't anyone thought of this before? No need to keep up with any code book as it doesn't come with one because Logitech keeps all the codes online within their vast database of electronics. You just have to inform them of the right equipment. After a quick update and test run you should be good to go.br /Before I purchased this remote my Audio/Video Entertainment setup was a technological nightmare to my wife(HDTV, Xbox 360, Satellite, Surround Sound a total of 4 remotes and switching to the right video and audio inputs). She would have to call me at work to ask how to turn everything on and feared messing something up so she would just go to the back and watch tv in the bedroom. Now with the push of a button she enjoys our HDTV and surround sound by herself. I have often come home to her watching a movie or just flipping through channels effortlessly.br /If you have more than three remotes make this worthy investment you'll be glad you did.

2nd one to go right out of warranty - SJKC -
This remote works well once you have it set up correctly but there is a manufacturing problem and the buttons always wear out within one year. This has to us twice. Look on the Harmony forums to see for yourself how extensive the rpoblem is.

First and foremost, this device is not a replacement for a cheap router/NAT device.br /br /We use this in our SMB setting because it allows multiple SSIDs to be used, access to be controlled via RADIUS and allows for wireless client separation. Essentially, you connect this device to your router and your existing DHCP server will provide the addressing. You can have multiple security profiles so it is possible to have a network for employees and one for guests on the same access point.br /br /One other feature that we really like is that it can send access information to a syslog server. This is great for seeing when people connect to your network, how long they were connected, etc. br /br /This is a great little device and it plays well with existing hardware.br /

This particular access point is Version 3 of the product line. I purchased a Ver.4 before this one and was pleased with the setup choices. The Ver.3 will do the same after a simple firmware update from Netgear. I have both of them setup as bridges making a 1/2 mile wireless link with a couple of high gain home-made cantennas. It will do point to point or point to multipoint bridging, wireless repeating, access point or work as a wireless adapter for some of your non-wireless gadgets. Meets My Limited Needs - Hazwaste - Texas
All I needed was an inexpensive bridge to tie some wired LAN devices upstairs to my WLAN. This device meets those needs. It's been in service for about 6 weeks without issues. There are better, more capable, and more sophisticated WAPs out there, but for my limited needs for good and cheap, it fits the bill.

Spent a good deal of time trying to get this thing to work properly. The manual is of little help. Has few specific instructions and limited troubleshooting options. I am a linksys user as well and find configuring their products childs play compared to this bear. No significant online help or set-up options as far as I can tell. Hope You have better luck than me.
